School App Support

Login assistance

1. Open the School Management App.
2. Enter your registered Medhyx Technology email and password.
3. If login fails, check connectivity and Caps Lock.
4. Still stuck? Reset your password or email medhyxtechnology@gmail.com.

Password-reset instructions

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
2. Enter your registered email.
3. Open the reset link (check spam/junk).
4. Set a new password and sign in again.

Attendance help

• Open Attendance, select class/section, and mark present/absent.
• Review history for past days.
• Camera permission is optional for photos; you can mark attendance without it.

Fee & parent communication help

• Open Fees to record collections and view dues.
• Use Notices or messaging to send parent updates.
• Enable notifications to receive reminders on the device.

Account-deletion instructions

• In the App: Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account → confirm. You will see an in-app confirmation and later an email when deletion completes.
• On the web: Delete Account form — shows on-page confirmation after submit.
