Login assistance

  1. Open the Library Management App.
  2. Sign in with your registered Medhyx Technology email and password.
  3. If login fails, check connectivity and Caps Lock.
  4. Still stuck? Reset your password or email medhyxtechnology@gmail.com.

Password-reset instructions

  1. Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
  2. Enter your registered email.
  3. Open the reset link (check spam/junk).
  4. Create a new password and sign in.

Issue & return help

  • Open Circulation to issue an item to a member and set the due date.
  • Process returns from the same screen and clear overdue status when applicable.
  • Camera permission is optional for barcodes or ID cards.

Fines & catalogue help

  • Use Fines to view overdue amounts and record payments.
  • Use Catalogue to add or update books and digital resources.
  • Enable notifications for due-date reminders.
