This Privacy Policy explains how Medhyx Technology (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Gym Management App (the “App”). It is intended to match the features and data practices described in the App, on gym-management.html, and in our store listing.

1. Personal and membership information
We collect information you or gym staff provide to operate memberships, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials
- Membership plan, start/end dates, payment status, and member ID
- Candidate (prospect) details entered during enquiry or trial signup
- Profile photo, if you choose to add one
We use this data to create and manage accounts, deliver App features, and communicate about your membership or account.
2. Attendance and locker-booking records
To provide attendance tracking and locker booking, the App stores:
- Check-in and check-out timestamps and related attendance history
- Optional check-in images if camera permission is granted and used
- Locker assignments, booking times, and availability status
These records help gym operators monitor facility use and manage locker inventory. They are visible to authorized gym staff using the App.
3. Expenses and payment information
The App’s expense management feature may store:
- Expense amounts, categories, notes, and dates entered by gym staff
- Membership fee and payment status information related to members
Medhyx Technology does not sell your payment card details through the App. If payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
4. Camera, notification and other permissions
- Camera — to capture attendance photos or profile images (only after you grant permission and take action).
- Notifications — for renewals, attendance alerts, or locker updates.
- Internet / network — to sync data with Medhyx Technology servers.
- Storage (where applicable) — to save images or export records you request.
You can revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.
5. Analytics and third-party services
- Crash reporting and basic usage analytics (device type, App version, feature errors)
- Cloud hosting and authentication providers that process data on our behalf
- Email or messaging tools used to respond to support requests
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Medhyx Technology. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain account, membership, attendance, locker, and expense data while your account is active and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
You can request deletion of your Gym Management App account and associated personal data:
- In the App: Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account
- On the website: delete-account.html
- By email: medhyxtechnology@gmail.com from your registered email
After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize personal data typically within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting obligations. You will receive confirmation when deletion is completed or scheduled.
