Gym App Support

Login assistance

1. Open the Gym Management App.
2. Enter the email and password registered for your Medhyx Technology account.
3. If login fails, check your internet connection and that Caps Lock is off.
4. Still stuck? Use password reset below, or email medhyxtechnology@gmail.com with your registered email.

Password-reset instructions

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Open the reset link we send to that inbox (check spam/junk).
4. Create a new password and sign in again.

If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, contact medhyxtechnology@gmail.com.

Attendance help

• Open Attendance to mark member check-ins for the day.
• Review history to see past visits.
• If the App asks for camera access, allow it only if you want check-in photos. You can deny and still mark attendance without photos.
• Sync issues: pull to refresh or sign out and back in after confirming connectivity.

Locker-booking help

• Open Lockers to see available and booked units.
• Select a free locker and assign it to a member for the chosen period.
• Release or reassign a locker when a member’s booking ends.
• If a locker appears stuck as booked, ask an admin user to clear the assignment, or contact support.

Account-deletion instructions

You can delete your account in either place:

• In the App: Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account → confirm. You will see an in-app confirmation, then a confirmation email when deletion is completed.
• On the web: use our Delete Account form. After submit you receive an on-page confirmation and we process the request by email.
