1. Personal and membership information
- Staff login credentials, name, email, and phone number
- Library member names, contact details, and membership IDs
- Profile photos, if added
2. Circulation and catalogue records
- Issue and return timestamps, due dates, and borrowing history
- Catalogue entries and digital resource metadata managed by staff
- Optional images if camera permission is used for covers or ID cards
3. Fines and payment information
- Overdue fine amounts, payment status, and related notes
- Receipts of fine collections entered in the App
Medhyx Technology does not sell card details through the App. Third-party payment providers have their own privacy policies when used.
4. Camera, notification and other permissions
- Camera — covers, barcodes, or ID images after permission is granted
- Notifications — due-date reminders and overdue alerts
- Internet / network — sync with Medhyx Technology servers
- Storage — save or export records where applicable
5. Analytics and third-party services
- Crash reporting and basic usage analytics
- Cloud hosting and authentication providers
- Email/messaging tools for support
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your Library Management App account:
- In the App: Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account
- On the website: delete-account.html

After verification, personal data is deleted or anonymized typically within 30 days, except where legal retention applies. You will receive confirmation when deletion is completed. Library circulation records may remain with the organization as business records.
